Tomoko Furui, Director of NPO, visited the Church of St. Xaverian Missionaries Japan in Izumisano city, Osaka. She met with Father López Orozco, mayor of Japanese district of the church, Father Giorgio Manni, and Father Mauro Mollaretti, and heard about the heroic story of the late Father Contarini in Yakushima and the secret story behind the stained-glass production of the Yakushima church at that time.
