As part of the Yakushima Research Course sponsored by the Yakushima Environmental and Cultural Foundation, Tomoko Furui gave a lecture titled "Records and Memories Left by Sidotti Revealed by Buried Historical Facts."

About 50 people, including guides and general residents, attended the lecture room at the Yakushima Environmental and Cultural Village Center. It was a great success, with people enthusiastically taking notes on the contents of the “ Sidotti’s Llgacy” which was on display in the Community Hall.
We also received donations for the Yakushima Sidotti Memorial Museum.
