"Stretching and Health Yoga" course.

With the kindness of Ms. Naoko Ghosh, who was also in charge of lifelong learning courses in Yakushima Town as a yoga therapist, we started a “Stretching and Health yoga” course at Koshima Community Center. It will be held once a week from now on. Participation fee is 1,000 yen per person, part of which will be used for the establishment of the Yakushima Sidotti Memorial Museum.
