On Saturday, June 10, when the Sidotti exhibition at the Kagoshima Prefectural History and Art Center "Reimeikan" was about to reach its midpoint, a lecture titled "Sidotti's Legacy" was held at 1:00 pm.
After the keynote speech by Tomoko Furui, Bishop Hiroaki Nakano of the Catholic Diocese of Kagoshima and Mr. Shozo Tamura, former director of the Shoko Shusei Museum, gave lectures. The last 30 minutes were devoted to a panel discussion and question and answer session.
It was a rainy day with bad weather, but nearly 100 people participated.
